Custom Screens

 

Custom screens can simulate specialized screening operations in the plant including Banana Screens, Trommel Screens and other specialized material screening machines.

To Install and Adjust a Custom Screen

  1. Select Custom Screens from the category list and install the icon on the worksheet.
  2. Right-click and choose Select Model to open the Custom Screen selections window. Custom screens include:
    1. Banana Screens
    2. Trommel Screens
    3. Self-defined Screens

  3. Select the screen type that is needed.

    The generic Custom screen option can be used to model any screen not already included in AggFlow DM.

  4. Set up the screen using Adjust Setup.
