Slurry Pump

Slurry pumps are used to indicate where pumps are located in the plant operation and to track water transfer as well as power and cost usage.

To Install and Adjust Slurry Pumps

Select Slurry Pump from the Wash category and place it on the worksheet.
Right-click and select Adjust Slurry Pump.
Make the appropriate Adjustments in the Pump Setup window including:
- Indicate the maximum water Rate for the pump.
- Set the power to track power using electrical sources.
- Based on the operating parameters of the plant AggFlow will calculate the theoretical Solid, Liquid and Slurry rates flowing through the pump.
- View tables or graphs of the % Solids by Weight and % Solids by Volume calculations as desired.
